1. Who we are

Ace Global Trade Ltd ("we", "us") is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, Companies House number 14737317, registered office in Romford, England. We are the data controller for the personal information we collect through this website.

2. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect: your name, company name, email address, phone number (if provided), industry, estimated order value, and the details you give us about the products you want to source.

We also record the IP address an enquiry was sent from. We use it only to detect and block automated abuse of the enquiry form, and to investigate a specific enquiry if it is disputed. It is not used for advertising or profiling.

3. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and provide sourcing services you request (contract necessity);
To communicate with you about your enquiry and manage our commercial relationship (legitimate interests);
To prevent abuse of our enquiry form (legitimate interests);
To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of contract necessity (steps taken at your request) and our legitimate interests in operating our business. Where we send you direct marketing (only with your consent), we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

5. Who we share it with

Where needed to fulfil your order, limited information may be shared with suppliers and factories in China, Vietnam and India, freight forwarders and inspection providers. We also use service providers such as website hosting, email and analytics tools. Some of these involve transfers outside the UK; we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as standard contractual clauses). We only share the minimum information necessary — we do not share your marketing data with third parties.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not convert: up to 18 months, after which they are anonymised or deleted;
Customer, order and financial records: 6 years (UK tax and accounting requirements);
Any other data: for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your cookie-notice choice is stored in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie, and we do not run third-party analytics at this time. If we add analytics in future it will be privacy-respecting and disclosed here before it goes live. We do not sell your data.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and secure connections.
