1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and, where applicable, our sourcing and procurement services. By using this site or submitting an enquiry you agree to these terms. Ace Global Trade Ltd is registered in England and Wales, Companies House 14737317.

2. Our service

We act as a sourcing and procurement agent: identifying and vetting suppliers, managing samples, orders, inspection and logistics on your behalf. We are not the manufacturer and do not take title to goods unless separately agreed.

3. Quotes and orders

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only when we issue a written order confirmation or pro-forma invoice and, where applicable, receive the agreed deposit. Payment terms are agreed per order (typically a deposit to commence production and the balance before shipment).

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate product specifications, and for any import duties, taxes or compliance requirements that apply to your goods in your jurisdiction.

5. Inspection and quality

Our standard service includes pre-shipment inspection with photo evidence. Inspection is a visual/functional check against agreed specifications at the point of inspection; it does not replace full conformity testing unless separately agreed. Claims must be notified in writing within 14 days of delivery, supported by evidence.

6. Confidentiality

We keep your product information confidential and will sign an NDA on request. We do not disclose client names or details without consent.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a single order is limited to the fees paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by suppliers, carriers or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
